College Hill Dental is a dental office that our patients can depend on for high-quality care and compassionate service. Our goal is to thrive professionally and personally, which we hope to pass onto our patients.
College Hill Dental in Four Words
To boil down what is most important to us, we chose four words to represent the most significant aspects of our practice to ourselves and our patients:
Compassion means “to suffer together.” Among emotion researchers, it is defined as the feeling that arises when you are confronted with another's suffering and feel motivated to relieve that suffering.
Compassion is caring about another person's happiness as if it were your own.
We want to treat our patients, each other, and ourselves with sincere compassion. Listening to other’s concerns with empathy - not judgment. Trying to place ourselves in their shoes. Being present. Reframing their statements, confirming that what we hear is true. Giving people a break, especially when circumstances are unclear. Through compassion at work, we can live happier, more fulfilled lives.
Integrity is that particular quality of character that occurs when a person stays true to their commitments.
We believe that the majority of oral health problems are preventable. We want to help our patients by influencing them towards right choices and better lives. Recognizing that good habits are not only good for the smile, but for the body and spirit as a whole.
We recognize that developing personal relationships with our patients is at the core of our ability to help them stay healthy. We envision ourselves as an important part of the family, seeing everyone from the great-grandparents to the great-grandchildren.
Dr. Paskalev is a kind and compassionate family dentist who is committed to his practice, patients, employees, and his community of Eugene, OR. He has studied and practiced both in the US and abroad and has brought his expertise and passion for great oral care to the Willamette Valley.
Our team of dedicated staff has many decades of combined experience in dental care and treatment. More importantly, they are cornerstones of the community and care about making solid friendships and connections with our patient families.
By keeping our dental technology up-to-date, we aim to give our patients a good chance in the fight against oral health issues. We can give you some great insights into your mouth!
